Pedro Gomes has successfully concluded his MSc in Networks Engineering and Informatic Systems, has past work experience in Siemens Healthcare and is on the final stages of his PhD in Computer Science, during which he was one of the key developers of the current technological solutions offered by IS4H, namely MedSounds. Since the company’s inception, Pedro has been the acting COO and CTO, successfully leading a team of three other employees (programmer, designer, health technician).

Integrated researcher of CINTESIS. Tiago Jacinto earned his PhD in Clinical Research and Health Services from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto (FMUP) with the thesis entitled “Important determinants and reference values for exhaled nitric oxide”.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the School of Health Technology of Coimbra and a Master’s Degree in Medical Informatics from FMUP. He is mainly engaged in the evaluation of diagnostic technologies in respiratory diseases and the development and use of smartphone applications in health care. He is also a Lecturer at Porto Health School.
