Abstract Submission:
  • Abstracts are required for all oral presentations and posters.

  • All abstract must be submitted by April 29, 2019 (extended deadline!).

  • Abstracts should be submitted via the on-line submission system only; abstracts submitted by fax or email will NOT be accepted.

  • All abstracts submitted online will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee. Notification of acceptance will be sent by email until May 1, 2019.

  • Invited speakers shall submit their abstracts accordant with general instructions by  April 29, 2019.

  • All abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.

Submission Rules:

  • Poster Presentation

  • Oral Presentation

Abstract title: Each word should begin with a capital letter with the exception of transition words.

 

Abstract body: The Abstract body should be no longer than 250-500 words in total, and should contain the following key points (not in separate sections - use one long paragraph to save space and BOLD the section headings noted below within the text):

  • Background - The problem under investigation or a hypothesis.

  • Methods - The experimental methods or protocols used to accomplish the research.

  • Results - The key points derived from experiments. Data should be summarized and presented to allow the reviewers to judge the content. Generalizations such as "will be discussed" or "will be presented" are not acceptable.

  • Conclusion - A summary of your findings that are supported by the data presented.

Do not include in the abstract body, grant acknowledgements or literature references.

Only accepted abstracts of fully registered and paid presenters will be included in the final scientific program.
